Privacy policy
Enterprise Builds is part of Enterprise Canada. This policy explains how information is handled on enterprisebuilds.com and in the C-3PO Meta advertising integration used for authorized Enterprise Canada and Creative Currency work.
1. Enterprise Builds website
When you visit this website, Cloudflare hosts and delivers its pages and may process technical request information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, request time, and security events to deliver the site and protect it from misuse.
The page code stores your selected light or dark theme in your browser’s local storage. You can remove this preference using your browser’s site-data controls. The public page code does not add advertising pixels or analytics cookies. Hosting and security services may use their own operational technologies.
If you contact us by email, we receive the contact details, message and any attachments you choose to provide. We use them to respond, manage the relationship and address requests. Please avoid sending passwords, access tokens or unnecessary sensitive information.
This policy covers this public website and the integration described below. Other Enterprise Builds applications and client services may have additional privacy notices and contractual terms explaining their particular data flows.
2. C-3PO Meta integration
C-3PO is a business integration operated for authorized Enterprise Canada and Creative Currency advertising work. It connects to Meta services, including Meta’s Marketing API and Ads MCP server, to retrieve reporting information and carry out advertising changes requested by authorized users.
Information accessed
- Connection and identity information: identifiers and available basic profile information for the person or system user authorizing access; business, ad-account and Page identifiers, names and assigned permissions; and authorization credentials needed to maintain the connection.
- Advertising data: campaign, ad-set and ad settings; budgets, schedules, targeting settings and delivery status; ad copy, creative assets and destination links; and reporting metrics such as spend, impressions, reach, clicks and aggregated conversion, placement, geographic and audience breakdowns made available by Meta.
- Work instructions and records: authorized users’ requests, selected client-provided business content, generated drafts, tool results and operational records needed to prepare advertising work and explain changes.
Access depends on the permissions granted and the specific work requested. The current reporting dashboard uses advertising metrics, including aggregate outcomes; it is not a job-application portal and does not collect applications from visitors to this privacy page. We do not ask users to provide their Facebook password to C-3PO.
How information is used
We use this information to identify authorized accounts and Pages, prepare dashboards and reports, draft and manage advertising content, check account access and delivery settings, carry out authorized changes, troubleshoot errors and maintain an operational record. Connecting an account does not authorize every possible advertising action: work must remain within the user’s instructions and available permissions.
Reporting snapshots and campaign work records can be stored in the operator’s business workspace and local reporting environment. Selected business content, user instructions and tool results may also be processed by OpenAI services used to assist with reporting and advertising work, and by Meta when its services are called. Client business content is not published on this public privacy page.
We do not sell personal information obtained through this integration or use it for unrelated advertising to individuals. Meta’s own handling of information on its services is described in the Meta Privacy Policy.
4. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as it is needed for the authorized service, reporting, account administration and operational records, or for applicable legal and security obligations. The required period depends on the type of record and the client relationship. Revoking platform access stops future access through that authorization; it does not automatically erase reporting snapshots or records already stored.
Credentials are kept outside public page source and advertising reports, using protected credential storage or the connected platform’s credential handling. Access is limited through the relevant business and platform permissions. We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
5. Your choices and data deletion
You can ask about information held about you, request access or correction, withdraw an authorization, or request deletion. Available rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law and the circumstances.
- Email gmeyer@enterprisecanada.com with the subject “C-3PO privacy / data deletion request” (or “Enterprise Builds privacy request” for website information).
- Describe the information or account concerned. Include the business, Page or ad-account identifier if known and a contact address where we can reply. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
- We may request limited additional information to verify your identity and authority. After verification, we will review the request, remove information we are no longer entitled or required to retain, and explain any applicable retention exception or limitation.
You can also remove or adjust the C-3PO connection using the relevant Meta account or business integration settings, or ask the business administrator to remove its asset access. Removing the connection and requesting deletion of stored records are separate actions. Deletion from our records does not delete your Facebook account, the client’s Meta advertising account or records independently retained by Meta.
A direct link to these instructions is available at enterprisebuilds.com/data-deletion/.
